Guest Rooms and Suites*

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you that India Habitat Centre is upgrading its Guest Rooms at The Habitat Residency.

The renovation of the Guest Rooms will be undertaken in a phased manner. During the first phase, from May 15 - July 31, 2024, we will renovate and refurbish 27 rooms. The balance rooms shall be renovated next year in the second phase, tentatively from May 15 - July 31, 2025.

This will regrettably cause Members and Guest Room residents some inconvenience as there may be occasional noise and disturbance in the Guest Rooms and public areas between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm. To minimize inconvenience to guests, we will not carry out any renovation work on Sundays and Public Holidays.

During the period of renovation, only about 50% of the rooms inventory will be available for booking and, as a result, we may not be able to accommodate all requests for bookings at that time.

Please note that maximum efforts will be made to avoid any inconvenience to guests. You are requested to kindly bear with us during this period.

The guest rooms at Habitat World are tastefully decorated to suit our guests needs and appeal to their aesthetic sense. Every floor boasts of its very own theme, which reflects in the overall room layout.

CANCELLATION POLICY (From 1 to 4 Rooms):
- For cancellations made 4 days in advance: No charge
- For cancellations made 3 days in advance: 25% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 2 days in advance: 50% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 1 day in advance: 100% of the Room Charge

CANCELLATION POLICY (5 Rooms and above):
- For cancellations made 4 week in advance: No charge
- For cancellations made 3 week in advance: 25% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 2 week in advance: 50% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 1 week in advance: 100% of the Room Charge

For your health & safety we need your support

We assure you that we are following all the necessary health and safety guidelines as per the latest advisory of the Government of The National Capital Territory of Delhi /MHA.

  • Entry to the Rooms Division is from the Rooms Division porch
  • Thermal screening is mandatory for all guests.
  • Members and guest are encouraged to make their bookings via email or by calling in advance, so that they can be assured of the availability of the room/s
  • We encourage credit cards or e-payments to settle the bills.
  • Member/s will receive a reservation confirmation email along with the advisory laid by the government and the guidelines being followed by the organization on Covid-19.
  • It is mandatory to wear face masks at all times in all public areas, except while eating or drinking
  • Hand sanitizers are placed at various locations, for your convenience.
  • Please follow social distancing norms strictly.


  • Thermal temperature checking of all Staff, twice a day.
  • Constant Cleaning of all surfaces & equipment at the premises.
  • Our well-groomed staff follow contactless guest interaction protocols and wear mask's during their duty hours.
  • Hygiene levels of all employees are strictly monitored regularly.
