CANCELLATION POLICY (From 1 to 4 Rooms):
- For cancellations made 4 days in advance: No charge
- For cancellations made 3 days in advance: 25% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 2 days in advance: 50% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 1 day in advance: 100% of the Room Charge

- For cancellations made 4 week in advance: No charge
- For cancellations made 3 week in advance: 25% of the Room Charge
- For cancellations made 2 week in advance: 50% of the Room Charge

As per the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) / MHA Advisory, the following guidelines apply:

– We are trying as Contactless a service, as is possible.

– Entry will only be from the Rooms Division porch.

Thermal screening is mandatory for all guests.

– Entry shall not be permitted for a person or a group with higher body temperature than 37�C or any other visible symptoms. In addition, Thermal screening of all in-house guest shall be taken once in a day and recorded.

– Everyone is required to show the Aarogya Setu app at the Bell Desk, where the status must show-"You are Safe".

– Members and guests residing in the Containment Zones are not permitted in the premises.

– Members and guest are encouraged to make their bookings via email or by calling in advance.

Credit card or e-payments are preferred instead of cash settlement.

– Guests will receive a reservation confirmation email along with the advisory laid by the government and the guidelines being followed by the organization on Covid-19.

– A maximum of 2 visitors will be allowed at a time in the in-house guest's room.

– It is advised that people above 65 years of age or with comorbidities, pregnant women and children below 10 years avoid visiting the club premises.

– It is mandatory to wear face masks at all times in all public areas, except while eating or drinking.

Hand sanitizers are placed at various locations, for your convenience.

– Please follow social distancing norms strictly.


EMPLOYEE'S SAFETY

Thermal temperature checking of all Staff, thrice a day

Constant Cleaning of all surfaces & equipments at the premises.

Our well groomed staff follow contactless guest interaction protocols and wear masks & gloves during their duty hours.

Hygiene levels of all employees are being strictly monitored.
