Synopsis

Long estranged from her father, an esteemed Israeli painter, the filmmaker visits an exhibition of his most stirring and revealing self-portraits in Tel Aviv. Hoping that the exhibition will deepen her understanding of him as a person and as an artist- to capture it all on film.Through unguarded conversations with other members of her family, she begins to understand his absence and remains masterfully determined to make meaning out of the void.
