Rahmat, a middle-aged fruit seller from Afghanistan, comes to Calcutta to hawk his merchandise and befriends a small Bengali girl called Mini. Collab. Based on the eponymous short story by Rabindranath Tagore. The film won the Silver Bear Special Prize (Best Film Music) at the 7th Berlin International Film Festival.
